This Commercial Stainless Steel Smoker has many features that will enable you to turn out a great quality product. Welded interior walls and insulated to keep the heat in, double doors, wood fire box for flavor, four individual propane burners and individual controls for consistant heat. Electric ignition system, heavy duty thermometer, 6 heavy duty adjustable trays for large and small items (each tray is 22 inches by 22 inches). Three individual water pans. The outer skin is 18 gauge stainless while the inner walls are 14 gauge stainless. Also comes with an exhaust fan and damper system. Approx. dimensions are 76 inches tall by 27 inches deep and 52 inches wide. Available in electric or propane.
